40 Weeks Pregnant

I am officially full term today and have made it to the 40 week mark, i cannot believe how quick this whole pregnancy has gone, it definitely does not feel like 40 weeks.

I have been having a lot of braxton hicks contractions but nothing to get excited about, that's really all my symptoms this week definitely having a lot of discharge and pressure down there but that's all normal for this stage and baby is still moving heaps sometimes it seams i haven't felt him move for a while but i give him a little push and off he goes haha.

I have an appointment on Tuesday with the midwife but hopefully i don't have to make it that far and baby come this weekend or even today!!

Maternity Clothes? just dresses and trackies and scarfs as its getting cold here now.

Stretch Marks? plenty!!!

Sleep? hardly any.

Best Moment This Week? reaching 40 weeks!!

Miss Anything? missing the country life

Movements? yes but not as strong anymore

Cravings? never really had them.

Queasy or Sick? neither

Gender? Boy

Labour Signs? braxton hicks 

Symptoms? contractions, belly, movements.

Belly Button in or out? out

Wedding Rings on or off? off

Happy or Moody? moody 

Looking Forward Too? labour to start and finish.

37 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Wow officially full term today, can't believe i made it.

I only have 3 weeks left, can you believe that, this pregnancy has gone so quick, but it does feel like at the moment I'm waiting all day all night for something to happen, as soon as i have a contraction feeling I'm like is this it? 

I'm on to weekly midwife appointments now so every Tuesday i have to make my way into the hospital to have a five minute appointment for them to tell me that everything is fine and we will see you next week.

Braxton Hicks contractions seem to be getting a lot stronger and more frequent but nothing to worry about. i'm having to use the bathroom a lot more this week during the night i think i go 3/4 a night which can be a pain some nights.

i have packed all my bags and most of the house is cleaned haha so i'm definitely ready for this little guy to come into this world but something is telling me that its going to be there till after its due date.

i had this feeling the whole way along that i was going to go early and now that I've got 3 weeks left something is telling me that i'm going to go over. but we will see what happens. i will keep you updated on Twitter @MummysVenture

Heart Burn has seem to stop this week which is such a relief when your trying to sleep.

oh and baby is still head down!!

Total Weight Gain? 14kg 100kgs

Maternity Clothes? No

Stretch Marks? to many to tell if i have new ones

Sleep? Not Enough

Best Moment this Week? getting my hair done yesterday

Miss anything? cold whether back home

Movements? They have slowed down

36 Weeks Pregnant

This week has gone super quick, I can clearly remember writing last weeks 35 week update and thinking omg the next 5 weeks is going to go so slow but maybe I was wrong, hopefully it keeps going this quick and this little guy comes out soon!!

I have been getting a lot of braxton hicks these last 2 days sometimes they are stronger then others but they are nothing too bad. 

I've also been very out of breath and finding I'm having to take a lot more brakes a lot quicker and I cant stand up for to long now. Which sucks when you have a 2 year old already who will not let you sit down for too long.

I'm pretty sure baby is head down now but I have a ultra sound tomorrow so I will find out then and update you guys.

I'm also finding i'm still very tired all the time as well as hungry all the time I can eat a full meal and still be hungry straight after, and sleep well i'm using the bathroom 3 times a night so I'm not getting much sleep then my little 2 year doesn't like to nap during the day so I have to be up to him all day.

Sleep? Not enough
