31 Weeks Pregnancy Update

31 weeks, less then 9 weeks to go, excited but also nervous because my main little man is still sick and i'm still trying to get on top of his sickness and rashes before or new little guy arrives, so then it all becomes a nice smooth transition as well as if im in hospital for the week. But I know it will all come together.

 

This week I have been feeling well other than getting uncomfortable when bending over or standing for to long, just little things like that. I've noticed my feet are alittle swollen but not too much to worry about just yet, My tummy has also become really hairy haha, it defently must be a hormonal thing because I remember getting it with my first pregnancy, it defently doesn't look very nice.

 

my hair and skin has become very oily this week, I cannot keep makeup on my skin because the oil just seeps through which is total gross I know but I have to carry a powder around with my and touch it up every half hour if I need to wear makeup, but lucky im a stay at home mummy so I can get away with not wearing makeup all week.

 

I've had crazy intergestion and heart burn the last two days which totally sucks, its starting to come good now though.  

 

I have my husbands grandparents coming to stay next weekend for 5days so that's going to be fun, so its cleaning and getting things ready this weekend.

 

How Far Along? 31 weeks today

 

Total Weight Gain? 96kg it seems i'm putting on 1kg a week

 

Maternity Clothes? no new ones.

 

Stretch Marks? my old ones seem to be showing alot more from first pregnancy

Sleep? toddler has been sick this week so not much sleep.

30 Weeks Pregnancy Update

YAY we made it to 30 weeks, only 10 weeks left.

 

Where on the home stretch now, not long now till I get to meet this little baby boy, i'm so excited to see how different he is going to look from Ry or weather he looks the same and just seeing if he is going to be a different baby or have the same characteristics, i'm excited.

 

So for this week I have been sick with the flu AGAIN yes thank you Ry. I have this horrible cough that wont go away and is driving me nuts because well if your pregnant or have been pregnant you know that when your 30 weeks pregnant and you a constantly coughing lets just say it doesn't help when your bladder is always full.

 

i've still been having alot of Braxton hicks this week and alot of stretching pain in my vagina which is not nice, i'm finding it very hard to bend down now and i'm always out of breath and i'm always thirsty so there fore i'm always in the bathroom.

 

I have my 30 week ultra sound today, so hopefully I can get a picture or two but see what happens, my husband and I are going to spend the day together since Ry is off to playgroup so we might go out for lunch and maybe coffee but see what happens with ultrasound, I also need to try and get results from my GTT scan I had on Saturday, i'm hoping because I have not heard anything that the results are all good but who knows.

29 Weeks Pregnancy Update

I'm a day late with my update, as I was in hospital yesterday with out little guy because he had an allergic reaction to the medication he was put on for his Molluscum contagiosum that had got infected and started to spread all over his body and he was showing flu symptoms with a very high fever so it was alittle scary for us. but he is alittle better today, we are home and he has new antibiotics a new cream and has now officially been diagnosed with eczema :( but we did already know that as he has had it from birth on and off but not as severe as this week.

 

As far as my Pregnancy, I'm 29 weeks nilly on the home stretch.

I have been pretty well this week, little guy has been kicking and moving lots, I have had lots of back pain but nothing to complain about.

 

I'm having my glucose test tomorrow so that's going to suck but I suppose it has to be done.

 

we bought baby's rocker this week and a bottle warmer.

Stretch Marks? no new ones just old ones, but the old ones seem to be fading which is weird.

Sleep? no sleep last night, but have been sleep ok this week

Hospital Visit

I am currently sitting in the Royal Children's Hospital, Which totally sucks, not for me but for our little guy who has had an allergic reaction to the medication he was put on about 3 days ago for a Molluscum contagiosum rash which got infected and started to spread all over his body as well as he had a really high fever and was showing flu symptoms.

 

So our pore little guy is not having fun at the moment, we are sitting here in hospital being monitored mainly just to watch his temperature.

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

This week has defently been a hard week, Ry has been really sick still with the flu and so I had received it and then my husband has now got the flu so we have all been pretty sick, so it hasn't been a very happy household around here.

 

I've also been getting really strong Braxton hicks this week they seem to be stronger then the ones I've been getting in previous weeks, Baby is kicking ALOT some days will be quieter then others but mostly they are very strong.

 

I have been getting alot of discharge, I remember having it with first pregnancy so i'm not concerned but I will menchan it at next appointment.

 

My hair has become very oily but dry on the ends its quiet disgusting because all I find myself doing is putting it up in a pony pale and that's it.

 

im starting to not fit into any of my clothes its lucky im a stay at home mum because its mostly dresses and tracksuit pants for me at the moment.

 

 How Far Along? 27 weeks

 

Total Weight Gain? 93kg

 

Maternity Clothes? no new ones.

 

Stretch Marks? no new ones just old ones

Sleep? 6 hours of broken sleep

26 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Only 98 days to go wow that seems like a long time. Im defently feeling pregnant this week, its hard to bend down and stand up after sitting down and my lower back is starting to hurt alot but hey that's all fun of being pregnant.

 

We have nilly completed the nursery, we have a couple things just to finish off and then I will show you guys, hopefully next week.

 

Ry and I have both been sick with the flu this week which hasn't been fun for the little guy because he wants to run around and play but he just has no energy, he has got this really bad cough that gets really bad at night time and when he goes to bed he cant go to sleep even though he's so exhausted because he just cannot stop coughing, so that's been really annoying.

 

other then that nothing else to update on.

24 Weeks Pregnancy Update

This week hasn't been fun at all, I'm writing this while sitting in bed eating chicken soup because I have a throat and ear infection. Yay!! Not. It totally sucks my pore husband has been given two days off work because I cannot move my head and there is no way I'm looking after a 2 year old haha. But mostly because I have been put on antibiotics and because I'm pregnant and also have epilepsy the doctor is concerned that being pregnant I loose most of my epileptic medication from the pregnancy and then if I mix antibiotics into it, I could end up having seizures. So I need to be very careful as well as watching our little man can become dangerous if I become ill. 

But ill be good, ill feel better soon.

So other than feeling sick I have been feeling pretty well the baby's heart beat is at 140 and my uterus is at the right spot for 24 weeks so that's all good.

Baby has been very active. I have been so hungry all the time and I'm also so thirsty all the time which I find strange for some reason.

My hair I have noticed is always so oily even if I pile dry shampoo into it, it still feels and looks oily.

I think I'm going to have to start putting baby powder in before bed every night, don't worry I am still washing my hair everyday sometimes twice so its not dirty it must be just a hormone thing.

It's Australia Day long weekend this weekend so we might go to the beach depending on how I'm feeling.

17 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Today is the day I have felt my worst all pregnancy which is really weird, I keep having this feeling like im going to chuck and im just feeling really nauseas all day, its yucky.

 

I had an appointment to see the doctor at the hospital this week just for a check up since I am a high risk pregnancy because of my epilepsy I have to be monitored through the hospital rather then just a general gp.

But he was all happy with the way I was going and we got to hear the heart beat and that was a strong fast beat so that was good.

 

My Inlaws are back tomorrow for the weekend after there cruise, where like there stop over hotel for the night haha.

 

I am feeling baby kick alot more now they are getting alot stronger everyday and I think im starting to look pregnant now or just fat still haha.

 

I think that's all I have to fill you guys in on at the moment.

 

its so hot here, I just want winter to come back.

 

How Far Along? 17 Weeks today

 

Total Weight Gain? 86kg. Doctor said that's good. only if baby wasn't growing then it would be a problem (haven't put weight on since prepregnancy)

 

Maternity Clothes? No but going tonight to have a look for some.

 

Stretch Marks? 1 that's really red but its coming over a preexisting one from my first pregnancy.

 

Sleep? tired all the time sleeping when ever I can

Sick Family

I have a sick family, including me :(

where do I begin, well I think it was 2 weeks ago I yes me, I started getting sick with the flu,

I still have it to this day, but during the week our little guy started getting sick and the 24 hours he was really sick with a bad cough and pushy eyes so off to the doctors we went and we has an ear infection, conjunctivitis as well as the flu, pore little guy :( and now my husband is sick he's asleep next to me on the couch which never happens with a temperature, oh and this morning the dog decided to come in our bedroom at 4am and was sick everywhere, so our whole house is sick at the moment its not a fun place to bed.
